Terms and conditions

1. A sale is only concluded after written confirmation by the seller.
   A start of execution counts as confirmation, unless it is made subject to reservation.
2. Any cancellation of an order must be made in writing. It is only valid if confirmed in writing by the seller. In case of cancellation, the customer owes a fixed compensation of 30% of the total order amount. This compensation corresponds to the 30% advance payment on the total order amount.
3. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and are therefore not binding unless expressly agreed otherwise. A delay in the execution of the order can never give rise to compensation or cancellation of the agreement.
4. Transport and possible insurance costs are always at the customer’s expense, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
5. The buyer must immediately accept and inspect the goods upon delivery. Complaints that are not reported within eight days after delivery will no longer be accepted.
6. If an invoice is not paid on its due date, it will automatically and without prior notice be increased by a fixed compensation of 10% with a minimum of €75, as well as late payment interest of 10% per year. In case of dispute, only the courts of the judicial district where our company is located are competent and Belgian law shall apply.
