Frequently asked questions about the website
Items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they were not bought on sale and are still part of our collection.
You are responsible for the return shipment and its cost. We recommend sending the package with tracking. If you choose not to do so, the risk remains your responsibility.
This can happen. Some items may not yet be listed online, for example because a photo is not yet available, or there may be a small error in the reference you have.
Feel free to send us an email with a photo and/or the reference, and we’ll be happy to help you!
No, when an item is not in stock, it will not stay in backorder. If you want to be notified upon return you need to tell us specifically.
Once you place an order, it will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days using your chosen shipping method. As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from the carrier (GLS or UPS), along with a notification about the delivery.
For Belgium and the Netherlands, shipping costs are only charged for orders below €150 (excluding VAT).
In that case, the shipping cost is €10.50 for Belgium and €14.50 for the Netherlands.
For France, shipping costs are charged for orders below €200 (excluding VAT). The shipping fee is €16.50.
For all other countries, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery country and added at checkout. Free shipping is always available from a certain order amount. If you would like to know the shipping costs in advance, please feel free to contact us by email.
Other questions
All our items are made of brass, steel or zinc, with a flash colour coating. When we speak of silver or gold we refer to the colour, not the material. All our elements are lead-, nickel- and cadmium free. You can always ask for a certificate.
No, during the week you can always visit our showroom. You will find all the items that we have online and much more. You can find our opening hours on our website. Every year we participate to the fairs in Paris (Bijorhca) and Milan (Homi) and are therefore always closed for 2 weeks in september and januari.
